Genova Diagnostics Appoints Keith Meadors as Chief Commercial Officer to Drive Strategic Growth
Genova Diagnostics has appointed Keith Meadors as its new Chief Commercial Officer, strengthening its commercial leadership strategy to support the next phase of growth in the diagnostic testing market.
In this role, Meadors will oversee the company’s commercial operations, focusing on accelerating growth initiatives, enhancing customer relationships, and expanding market reach. His appointment aligns with Genova’s broader strategy to strengthen its position in advanced diagnostics while delivering innovative healthcare solutions.
Meadors brings more than three decades of experience across clinical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Most recently, he served as Vice President and General Manager at Labcorp, where he led regional operations with full profit-and-loss responsibility. During his tenure, he implemented growth-driven strategies, improved operational efficiency, and strengthened customer engagement.
Earlier in his career, Meadors held leadership roles at organizations including Precipio, Fresenius Kabi, Pfizer (through Hospira), and Becton Dickinson. Across these roles, he consistently delivered strong commercial outcomes by aligning business strategies with evolving healthcare demands and building high-performing teams.
Genova Diagnostics’ leadership emphasized that Meadors’ deep expertise in commercial strategy and operational execution will be critical as the company continues to scale. The appointment follows the company’s recent acquisition of Cell Science Systems, a move designed to enhance its capabilities and expand its diagnostic portfolio.
As Genova Diagnostics advances its growth trajectory, Meadors is expected to play a key role in strengthening partnerships, improving market access, and driving long-term value creation across the organization.
