MMOexp ARC Raiders: Loot the Departure Building
Be careful here. The second floor is often quieter than the ground level, but that doesn't mean it's safe. Raiders frequently check upstairs rooms for high-value loot, and it's not uncommon for someone to ARC Raiders Coins be lurking just out of sight. Take a moment to listen before opening the door, and be ready to react.
Once you enter the Medical Exam Room, your objective will update again, instructing you to search for the records.
Search for the Records
Inside the Medical Exam Room, you'll find several examination tables and medical props scattered throughout the space. Walk forward past the exam tables until you reach a desk with papers on it. These documents are the records Lance is interested in.
Interact with the papers to complete the final step of the quest. Once the interaction finishes, Prescriptions of the Past will be marked as complete.
At this point, you're free to extract whenever you like. However, before you immediately head for the exit, it's worth considering your surroundings.
Optional: Loot the Departure Building
Because the Departure Building is packed with drawers, cabinets, and containers across both floors, it's one of the better places to stock up on supplies-assuming another Raider hasn't already cleaned it out. If the area seems quiet and you're not under immediate threat, take some extra time to search thoroughly.
Medical ARCR Items, crafting materials, and valuable odds and ends can all be found here, making the risk worthwhile if you're confident you can survive the encounter. Just remember: lingering too long increases the chances of running into other players, so stay alert and know when it's time to leave.
Final Tips
You don't need to extract to complete the quest, but surviving the run is still key.

ARC Raiders is a third-person extraction shooter from Embark Studios, the team behind the breakout FPS hit The Finals. While ARC Raiders was originally planned as Embark's debut title, the studio chose to pause development and release The Finals first-a gamble that clearly paid off. When ARC Raiders finally launched in October 2025, it quickly surged in popularity, becoming one of the most played and discussed games on the market.
This hub serves as your central starting point for everything ARC Raiders. Whether you're brand new to extraction shooters or already familiar with the genre's high-risk, high-reward gameplay loop, this guide collection will help you survive topside, progress your Raider, and make it back home alive.
Gameplay Overview
At its core, ARC Raiders follows the classic extraction shooter formula. You deploy into large, semi-open environments, scavenge for resources, complete objectives, fight enemies, and attempt to extract safely before time runs out-or before something kills you.
Players return from raids to Speranza, an underground city that serves as the game's central hub. Everything you loot, upgrade, and unlock feeds back into your next run, creating a loop that rewards smart decisions and cautious risk-taking.
What sets ARC Raiders apart is the constant presence of ARCs: hostile machines that dominate the world above. These robotic enemies vary wildly in size, behavior, and lethality. While other players are always a threat, ARCs are the ever-present danger shaping how you move, fight, and plan your escape.
ARC Raiders is approachable for newcomers but deep enough to satisfy veteran extraction shooter fans, especially as you learn how systems like buildcrafting, resource management, and map knowledge intertwine.
Getting Started
When you first boot up ARC Raiders, you'll be guided through a short tutorial designed to teach the fundamentals. Movement, shooting, breaching doors, and looting are all covered quickly. The tutorial wastes no time driving home one of the game's most important lessons: other Raiders are dangerous.
You'll experience this firsthand when hostile players ambush you during the tutorial. Unlike a real raid, however, defeat here isn't permanent-you wake up and continue learning. After reaching your first extraction elevator, you'll descend into Speranza and officially begin your journey.
Your initial living space is modest, resembling little more than a storage closet. Over time, this space becomes customizable and functional, reflecting your progress. You'll also meet vendors who provide quests, sell gear, and help guide your early progression.
Building Your Raider
Character customization in ARC Raiders goes beyond appearances. While outfits and cosmetics help define your Raider's look, your stats, gear, and loadout choices are what truly determine your success.
Every raid is a risk. Anything you bring with you can be lost, which makes decision-making critical. You'll need to balance running efficient builds with protecting your most valuable gear. Free loadouts can only take you so far-you'll eventually need to invest in weapons and stat upgrades that suit your playstyle.
Early stat allocation matters more than you might expect, and choosing the right weapons can dramatically improve your survival odds. Buildcrafting becomes increasingly important as ARCs grow deadlier and player encounters become more frequent.
Speranza Overview
Speranza is the heart of ARC Raiders. This underground city acts as your headquarters between raids and houses nearly every system in the game.
From Speranza, you can manage your Raider's stats, adjust your loadout, customize your appearance, craft and upgrade gear, interact with traders, and browse the in-game store. Navigation is streamlined, with menus cycling between key sections like your Workshop, Traders, Decks, and inventory.
Your inventory deserves special attention. The "Actions" menu allows you to dismantle, store, or otherwise manage ARC Raiders Items you bring back from raids. Just above your inventory stack, you'll find the option to cheap ARCR Coins expand your Stash-an essential upgrade that allows you to hoard more resources and prepare for future runs.
