Microsoft Deploys AI-Native Structured Marketing Platform Across Global Partner Network
Microsoft has rolled out a Structured AI-native Partner Marketing Execution Platform (PMEP) across its worldwide partner ecosystem, modernising how co-marketing campaigns are created, localised and launched at enterprise scale. This deployment positions Microsoft to activate partners more effectively and accelerate indirect revenue through AI-enabled automation and unified campaign orchestration.
The AI-native platform from Structured is designed to eliminate traditional friction in partner marketing such as navigating complex portals, assembling disparate assets and managing compliance manually. Instead, partners can describe their marketing goals through a conversational “Just Ask” interface, and the system autonomously builds, localises and launches fully integrated campaigns with governance built in.
Microsoft’s global rollout validates the platform’s ability to operate at massive scale, serving more than 500,000 partners with automated workflows that manage campaign execution, content personalisation and performance tracking across regions and channels. The deployment uses Azure OpenAI Service in a secure cloud environment to power deep generative and agentic AI capabilities that streamline complex marketing tasks.
Structured’s AI-native architecture includes features such as automated localisation in over 130 languages, a centralised campaign library for approved assets, multi-channel campaign orchestration and real-time performance visibility. These capabilities help enterprises ensure brand consistency and compliance while enabling partners to rapidly launch tailored marketing initiatives.
By integrating Structured’s platform into its ecosystem, Microsoft aims to reduce the barriers that often slow partner engagement, increase the volume of campaigns in the market, and provide clearer insight into indirect revenue performance. For channel leaders, this represents a shift toward intelligent, automated partner marketing that enhances joint go-to-market execution and measurable business outcomes.
