Kenco Appoints Pal Narayanan as Chief Digital & Information Officer to Lead Tech Innovation
Kenco has named Pal Narayanan as its new Chief Digital & Information Officer, reinforcing the company’s commitment to advancing digital transformation and strengthening its technology leadership across logistics and supply chain operations. In this role, Narayanan will guide Kenco’s technology strategy and oversee digital initiatives that improve operational performance and competitiveness.
Narayanan brings nearly 15 years of supply chain IT experience to Kenco, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and CIO for the Americas at Geodis. With a strong track record in technology leadership and digital transformation, he is well-positioned to drive innovation across Kenco’s platform and systems.
In addition to his responsibilities as CDIO, Narayanan will also oversee Kenco’s Data Science and Business Intelligence teams, working to integrate advanced analytics, AI-enabled insights and digital tools into core business functions. His leadership comes at a time when logistics firms are increasingly adopting data-driven technologies to enhance visibility, agility and customer outcomes.
Kenco’s CEO emphasised that Narayanan’s appointment supports the company’s goal of staying on the cutting edge of supply chain technology, building on the foundation laid by his predecessor, Steve Hitchings. With Narayanan at the helm of digital strategy, Kenco aims to continue modernising its tech ecosystem and delivering value at scale.
