Longevity Health and Innovaccer Launch Enterprise AI Platform Center to Transform Healthcare Outcomes

Longevity Health and Innovaccer have strengthened their collaboration by launching an Enterprise AI Platform in healthcare, marking a significant step toward intelligent, data-driven care delivery. This new Center of Excellence builds on a year of strong financial and clinical outcomes achieved through their partnership.

Over the past year, Longevity Health saved nearly $1 million by implementing Innovaccer Gravity™. At the same time, the organization reduced hospital stay costs by almost 20 percent. Moreover, medical service utilization increased by close to 10 percent, reflecting improved care access and efficiency.

Previously, both teams unified clinical and claims data from over 200 sources. They also integrated pharmacy and post-acute data into a single, reliable platform. As a result, the organization now benefits from a centralized data layer that supports accurate and timely decision-making.

The newly launched Center of Excellence will focus on developing AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants. In addition, teams will build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) agents to simplify data access. These innovations are expected to enhance productivity and streamline workflows across the enterprise.

Abhinav Shashank, Co-founder and CEO of Innovaccer, emphasized that healthcare transformation now depends on intelligent, connected systems. He noted that Longevity Health’s success highlights the impact of combining data, workflows, and AI. Furthermore, he described the AI Center of Excellence as a major step toward continuous learning and improved patient outcomes.

Longevity Health primarily serves high-risk populations with complex medical needs, including individuals with conditions like diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease. By leveraging the Enterprise AI Platform, the organization delivers proactive care interventions. Consequently, patients receive better, more personalized healthcare services nationwide.

Brad Riley, Vice President of Analytics and Reporting at Longevity Health, stated that the partnership has transformed how the organization connects cost, utilization, and quality. He added that the new AI Center of Excellence will help scale actionable insights, enabling better decisions and improved member outcomes.

Additionally, the Enterprise AI Platform provides nurse practitioners with real-time risk dashboards. This ensures care teams can standardize workflows, improve efficiency, and deliver higher-quality care consistently.
